Jay Starkman is an award-winning CPA in Atlanta, Georgia, with over 40 years experience in public accounting. He has been honored with the AICPA's Arthur J. Dixon Memorial Award, the accounting profession’s highest award in the area of taxation. Tax Analysts named Jay a runner-up “2011 Tax Person of the Year.” The Georgia House of Representatives honored his service to the state with a special resolution. The Georgia Society of CPAs awarded him its Distinguished Member Award.
